Our team from Caldwell Martin Cox were up bright and early last Sunday to help set up for the Step Up for Down Syndrome walk at Picton Botanic Gardens, marking out the start with a row of blue and white balloons. We spent a lot of the day handing out balloons, popcorn and lollipops to everyone who came along, as well as going out for the walk around the gardens. Our partner Bill McGookin was unsuccessful in the m&m transferring competition, however he managed to roll up his sleeves and pull his team over the line in the tug of war event. Jillaine also was up for the novelty race. Aside from all the fun, games, and perfect weather, we had a great time getting involved in raising awareness for Down Syndrome with the local community.

We are excited to announce the appointment of two additional Partners at Caldwell Martin Cox, Lance Watson and Jillaine Duve

Lance and Jillaine have both been a part of the CMC Team for a number of years, during which time they have shown consistency and dedication to their clients and the firm. It is with great honour that Caldwell Martin Cox welcomes them to the Partnership.

Congratulations to Lance and Jillaine!

What happens to LuLu Buster

People always think about their house, bank accounts and car when preparing their Will but no one thinks about their pets. The poor creatures who depend on us for so much are often forgotten and can be left without a home or money to look after them.

At Caldwell Martin Cox we can discuss the different options available to you when considering this issue, that can include:

  1. Creating a Trust for your pets to cater for their future needs.
  2. Providing money to a charity in consideration of them caring for your pet when you pass.
  3. Leave your pet to a friend/family member together with a sum of money on the condition that they care for your furry friend.
  4. Creating an Advanced Pet Directive to ensure the proper ongoing care arrangements for your pet.

On Tuesday, 12 June 2018, we welcomed Kerri Franke to the CMC Team as our new Practice Manager.

Kerri will be based at our very busy Narellan office, and we are excited to have another local join the Team!
